COMMITTEES
There shall be seven committees to perform services as set forth here in the by-laws. Each committee chair shall be selected by the president and approved by a two-thirds vote of the board of directors to perform duties as assigned to achieve the mission of the organization, and shall keep regular minutes of their proceedings and report to the board of directors. Committee chairs may serve the organization without limited of the terms.
Committee chairs have the right and responsibility to voice their opinion on issues and matters, but limited to one vote per groups of committees in the United Vang Foundation.
HISTORY
The History Committee is in charge to make research on the Vang Family history, stories, cultural and ritual practices and to preserve and publish into literature.

EDUCATION
The Education Committee is to research and educate the United Vang Foundation members the importance of higher education and economic development. To achieve these goals, the education committee shall provide educational programs, business, economic workshops, and seminars to the United Vang Foundation members.

CULTURE
The Culture Committee is to research, preserve, and promote traditional culture, ritual ceremony, shamanism, belief, and etc.

WEDDING
The Wedding Committee is to study, preserve our wedding custom and educate its important to the UVF members. The Wedding Committee has the responsibility include but not limited to assist members to perform marriage ceremonies and celebration.

FUNERAL
The Funeral Committee is to study, preserve our funeral tradition, and educate the UVF members of the skills and provide assistance as needed.
